Estimator-Project Manager

The Estimator-Project Manager coordinates the preparation of estimates based on site visits / conceptual information, and hard bid estimates. This position provides support services as required by the management department during the pre-construction and restoration phases. This position provides the scopes and pricing for projects. The Estimator-Project Manager position is responsible for representing Franjo Restoration on a range of subjects related to Restoration and may be responsible for making decisions on behalf of the firm. The Estimator-Project Manager will work to ensure that projects are planned, coordinated, and completed in a timely, efficient, effective, and profitable manner. Responsibilities will also include client site meetings, permitting, change order creation, project closeout, and overall management to ensure customer satisfaction. This position is located at our Franjo Restoration office in Baldwin, PA.
