What You'll Be Up To :

• Be the financial backbone -keep property accounts accurate, updated, and looking stellar.
• Analyze like a pro -spot trends, track expenses, and make sure the numbers tell the right story.
• Crunch, balance, report -help prepare budgets, financial forecasts, and reports that keep things running smoothly.
• Collaborate with the dream team -work alongside property managers to ensure everything adds up.
• Audit, reconcile, repeat -keep a sharp eye on transactions and accounts to maintain financial integrity.
• Help shape the future -provide insights to improve property performance and make strategic financial decisions.

What You Bring to the Table :

• A degree in Accounting.
• Experience in property accounting (bonus points if you know your way around Yardi).
• A love for digging into financial data and spotting patterns .
• Meticulous attention to detail -you don't just cross your T's, you double-check them.
