We're seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Master Scheduler to join our growing cannabis team. This is a first shift position, Monday - Friday , 7 : 30AM - 4 : 00PM . Reporting to the VP of Operations, this role is critical to ensuring the smooth flow of our supply chain through accurate scheduling, inventory tracking, and operational analysis. You'll be responsible for planning production across all SKUs, monitoring inventory from cultivation through packaging, and forecasting demand in partnership with Sales and Marketing. You'll create and maintain efficiency standards, analyze KPIs, and build reports in tools like METRC and Tableau to support decision-making across the business. Success in this role means proactively identifying bottlenecks, adjusting schedules as needed, and keeping operations running smoothly-all while ensuring strict compliance with state and company regulations.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's degree in supply chain, operations, or business administration and has experience working in cannabis or another regulated industry. You should have a strong grasp of production planning, inventory management systems, and compliance protocols, along with proficiency in Excel, Tableau, and ERP tools. This role requires excellent communication and collaboration skills, the ability to perform physical tasks (including standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 lbs), and a sharp attention to detail.
