Accounts Payable Specialist

Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team in Miami, Florida. This is a contract position with the potential for long-term employment, ideal for professionals who thrive in fast-paced environments and have a keen eye for accuracy. The role involves handling full-cycle accounts payable processes and managing vendor relationships effectively.

Responsibilities :

• Process and verify vendor invoices for accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Manage full-cycle accounts payable, including contract matching and payment processing.
• Monitor vendor accounts and reconcile statements to ensure timely payments.
• Maintain organized and accurate vendor files for record-keeping and audits.
• Investigate discrepancies in payments and follow up with vendors to resolve issues.
• Handle a high volume of invoices monthly, ensuring all are processed efficiently.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address inquiries related to accounts payable.
• Utilize Yardi software for invoice processing and vendor management.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company standards.
• Support the accounting team with additional tasks as needed.

Requirements - Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts payable or a related role.
