At Northpointe Bank, we believe your career should empower you — to grow, contribute, and find purpose. We’re hiring a Banking Office Manager to lead the daily operations of our branch office and ensure exceptional service to our customers and communities.

This role is ideal for someone who brings strong leadership, operational oversight, and customer relationship skills, and who is ready to contribute to a high-performing, community-oriented banking environment.

What You’ll Do :

  • Oversee daily branch operations including vault cash, wire approvals, cash controls, and compliance procedures
  • Approve outgoing domestic wires, review monthly statements, and monitor NSF / exception reports
  • Supervise and support branch staff — including scheduling, onboarding, training, and performance reviews
  • Serve as a backup to AVP, Deposit Banking for Board reports and strategic operations
  • Promote customer trust by resolving issues, ensuring timely service, and guiding product understanding
  • Manage deposit products, brokered funds (e.g., CD Rateline), and support deposit rate updates
  • Represent Northpointe in community events and contribute to cross-departmental initiatives

What You Bring :

  • 5+ years of customer service experience in a financial institution
  • Prior supervisory or leadership experience in retail or branch banking
  • Knowledge of deposit operations and traditional banking products
  • High school diploma required; additional business coursework or certifications a plus
  • Strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage priorities, interpret policies, and lead with professionalism
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and core banking systems
