Job Summary and Qualifications

As a Rehabilitation Registered Nurse, you will play a crucial role in patient assessments, care planning, implementation, and evaluation. Additionally, you'll oversee the care provided by non-licensed team members.

Your responsibilities will include :

• Performing and documenting patient assessments upon admission.
• Creating and regularly updating individualized care plans, including discharge plans based on patients' responses to treatment.
• Documenting the outcomes of nursing interventions and patient responses.
• Providing educational resources to patients and their families on care and treatment options.
• Administering medications and following hospital policies for treatments.
• Carrying out venipuncture and managing IV fluids and medications.
• Reviewing new physician orders to ensure proper implementation and documentation.
• Delivering accurate patient information to the Charge Nurse for continuous care.

Requirements

Experience : A minimum of 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse in an acute care setting.

Education : An Associate's Degree in Nursing from an accredited institution, currently pursuing a Master of Science in Nursing program, and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing is preferred.
