Senior Marketing Data Analyst

Insight Global is seeking an experienced Senior Marketing Data Analyst to join one of our largest eCommerce clients in Beaverton, OR. This individual will be working cross functionally with various teams within the Marketing Science Division. They're going to be the main provider for all data analytics within Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) and will be expected to lead the charge for creating and enhancing notebooks in SQL and Python. The ideal candidate must have expert level SQL skills, intermediate proficiency in Python and experience working with big data. They also must be extremely reliable and have strong communication and collaboration skills as they will collaborate closely with various teams to transform data into clear and actionable insights that help drive overall business goals. We're looking for a self-sufficient, ambitious, and resourceful individual who possess a curious mindset and enjoys taking on new challenges in ambiguous situations.

Experience with advanced measurement methodologies such as Marketing Mix Modeling and Incrementality

5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst and / or Data Engineer

Expert level in SQL

Intermediate proficiency with Python

Strong problem-solving, communication and collaboration skills

Experience sourcing data and building datasets for use by stakeholders

Experience analyzing and working with media data (Paid Search, Paid Social, Display, Programmatic, etc.)

Proven experience in research and presentation to stakeholders

Experience initiating and driving multiple projects to completion

Experience quickly iterating with the team to find and share performance results

Experience with Root Cause analysis and development of large systems via requirements gathering
