Rosetta Hall is seeking line cooks! We have grown to become one of the busiest restaurants in downtown Boulder with a large indoor dining room and popular rooftop patio. This is a great opportunity to work with a variety of cuisines in a team oriented environment. We operate as 1 team and the kitchens are not individually owned which makes for a very unique experience. Opportunities for all skill levels!

Responsibilities :

  • Ensures excellent product quality.
  • Provide friendly, professional and welcoming customer service.
  • Completing all opening and closing checklists.
  • Execute all dishes and prep projects to spec.
  • Maintains organization behind the stall and back prep area.
  • Other duties as assigned by the Chefs.

Qualifications :

  • Motivated culinary professional that wants to contiribute to the success of the enitre team.
  • Minimum 1 year of culinary experience.
  • Familiarity with and a desire to learn a variety of cooking techniques
  • Able to multitask effectively and work in a fast paced environment.
  • Willingness to cross-train and work in different food concepts.
  • Must have open and flexible availability to work evenings and weekends.
  • Perks & Benefits :

  • 22 - $26 per hour depending on experience
  • PTO policy for full-time employees. 1 week after 1 year, 2 weeks after 2 years, & 3 weeks after 3 years.
