Rosetta Hall is seeking line cooks! We have grown to become one of the busiest restaurants in downtown Boulder with a large indoor dining room and popular rooftop patio. This is a great opportunity to work with a variety of cuisines in a team oriented environment. We operate as 1 team and the kitchens are not individually owned which makes for a very unique experience. Opportunities for all skill levels!
Responsibilities :
- Ensures excellent product quality.
- Provide friendly, professional and welcoming customer service.
- Completing all opening and closing checklists.
- Execute all dishes and prep projects to spec.
- Maintains organization behind the stall and back prep area.
- Other duties as assigned by the Chefs.
Qualifications :
Motivated culinary professional that wants to contiribute to the success of the enitre team.Minimum 1 year of culinary experience.Familiarity with and a desire to learn a variety of cooking techniquesAble to multitask effectively and work in a fast paced environment.Willingness to cross-train and work in different food concepts.Must have open and flexible availability to work evenings and weekends.Perks & Benefits :
