Field Engineering Representative
Trillium is looking for a Field Engineering Representative!
Job Summary :
- Support test site operations to include, but not limited to on-site system support packages (spares), storage of spares, consumables, etc.
- Support the development of work packages for test and maintenance of test assets.
- Support and perform direct platform level troubleshooting and repairs to keep platform available for testing.
- Support / Conduct vehicle repairs, maintenance, and upgrades in accordance with program requirements and schedules to ensure successful test outcomes.
- Support test personnel by providing status and progress in execution of vehicle maintenance and upgrade activities.
- Work to support the building of maintenance field procedures and best practices in the portfolio.
- Support and adhere to all company and safety and environmental regulations & policies.
- Undertake other duties as determined by management or his / her delegate.

Qualifications :
Associates in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Systems) or commensurate work experience4+ years Armored Vehicle operations / maintenance experience in any military ground combat vehicle MOS preferred5+ years Field Service / Engineer Representative (FSR / FER) at U.S. Government Test SitePractical 'hands on' self-starter able to work independently with little on-site supervision while providing routine vehicle maintenance tasks and repairs.Experience in Prototype Production and the transition to serial productionAbility to be a self-starter and take direction from superiors, in the performance of day-to-day duties / responsibilitiesAbility to travel up to 50% to site locations.Ability to use Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, etc.)Knowledge of US Army maintenance procedures and operations and proven experience in maintenance operations on wheeled and tracked platforms.Ability to work in a high pressure and highly visible work environmentAbility to work in a team environmentAbility to read and interpret engineering drawings, electrical schematics and other technical instructions that are provided by engineeringAbility to safely and proficiently use all basic mechanics toolsFamiliarity with the US DoD ground vehicle requirementsDetailed knowledge in shop related Standards / ProcessesAbility to present mechanical solutions to clients and internal stakeholdersAbility to protect Company's critical information and planAbility to speak German is desirableWorking Conditions and Physical Demands :
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionallyOccasional overseas travel will be necessary. Passport RequiredAbility to work overtime as neededBackground Prerequisites :
