Assures compliance with agency policies and procedures, state and federal laws, regulations and accreditation standards. Participation in the Manager on-call rotation Assist with talent acquisition to ensure adequate staffing is maintained Coordinate and facilitate IDT meetings Assist with quality assurance and performance improvement efforts Assist with patient case load, as needed Manage IDT process for multiple Physicians and Teams Management, 1 year (Required) Hospice Care, 2 years (Required) Associates Degree in Nursing; Bachelors preferred Valid RN Texas License CHPN preferred Valid Texas Driver's License and Proof of Auto Insurance Associate (Preferred) CHPN (Preferred) Registered Nurse (RN) (Required) Competitive Salary Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance Mileage reimbursement Expense reimbursement Generous PTO program An employee referral bonus program
