Position : Depot Specialist / Shipping and Receiving Specialist
Location : Oakwood Village, OH - 44146

Summary :
The Depot Specialist handles the full range of material management, including receiving, storing, picking, and shipping products domestically and internationally. The role supports production activities such as software duplication, PC and instrument kitting, and general warehouse operations. Success in this position requires strong attention to detail, communication skills, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities
- Pick / pull orders by retrieving materials or products from inventory
- Operate material handling equipment (hand truck, pallet truck, walkie / rider, electric pallet truck)
- Ship product in the order management system following SOPs
- Arrange domestic and international shipping with freight forwarders
- Maintain compliance with Import / Export and Global Trade Compliance regulations
- Maintain accurate documentation per company policy
- Examine, sort, arrange, count, and pack items for storage
- Receive materials / finished goods and verify quality, type, quantity, and documentation
- Complete warehouse paperwork and ERP transactions, including lot / serial tracking
- Stage orders in the correct areas
- Push / pull pallets and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Perform climbing and reaching tasks as needed
- Complete all ISO-related training and comply with quality policies
- Perform PC configuration, software duplication, and instrument / PC kitting
- Follow quality control processes
- Participate in safety initiatives, 5S, and environmental activities
- Maintain warehouse housekeeping (5S)
- Work overtime as required
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
