HEALTH CARE ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY / MID- TO SENIOR-LEVEL

Location : Tampa, FL

Our client, a premier AmLaw 50 firm, is seeking a skilled Mid- to Senior-Level Associate Attorney to join its distinguished Health Care Practice Group in Tampa . This is a compelling opportunity to work alongside industry leaders on complex health care regulatory and transactional matters for a diverse client base that includes physician practices, digital health companies, private equity investors, and other stakeholders in the health care and life sciences space.

Candidate Profile :

• JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record .
• Active Bar Admission in Florida , in good standing.
• 4-6 years of substantive experience in health care regulatory and transactional law (candidates with up to 8 years of experience will also be considered).
• Deep knowledge of federal and state health care regulatory frameworks and how they intersect with transactions and operational matters in the health care industry.
• Demonstrated experience advising health care clients on a range of matters, including compliance , structuring , and execution of transactions .
• Proven ability to manage complex projects with minimal supervision.
• Prior AmLaw 100 experience strongly preferred .
• Experience mentoring junior associates and contributing to a collaborative team environment.
• Soft Skills : Strong interpersonal, communication, negotiation, writing, and client-relations skills.

Compensation & Benefits :

Competitive compensation : includes an annual salary range of $290,000-$390,000 , as determined by experience, and the opportunity to earn a discretionary bonus .
