Job Description :
Support the Revenue Administration team by processing POs, maintaining financial accuracy, and ensuring smooth revenue operations through cross-functional collaboration.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities :
- Implement process improvements to increase operational efficiency
- Serve as primary contact for PO-related inquiries from customers / vendors
- Manage full PO lifecycle, including tracking, updates, and closures
- Ensure accurate processing of accounts receivable transactions and Oracle budget entries
- Validate financial and business compliance of PO requests
- Reconcile pass-through costs and monitor contract compliance
- Analyze invoicing and PO-related reports
- Resolve PO exceptions and escalate as necessary
- Support project setup, fee validation, and maintain process standards
