Summary / Objectives
The Data Analyst is responsible for supporting data analysis, reporting, and process improvement efforts of the Consumer Credit Administration Division. This role focuses on developing and maintaining data models, creating accurate and insightful reports, optimizing SQL queries, and delivering reports / dashboards that drive business decisions. The position requires proficiency in Snowflake, MS SQL Server, Power BI, and Excel and involves working with internal partners across the organization, including Consumer Banking, Premier Private Client Group, Consumer Loan Closing, Operations, Compliance, Risk / FIU, Human Resources, and Information Technology. The Data Analyst will assist with consumer loanrelated projects, internal and external audits, data cleanup efforts, and process improvement initiatives. The role will also be responsible for gathering and validating data, building recurring and ad hoc reports, and helping maintain the integrity and accuracy of consumer loan data.

Qualifications, Education, and Certification Requirements
2+ years of experience building advanced reports in Business Intelligence and Visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and / or ThoughtSpot.
Training Requirements / Classes
On the job training and any additional training, as needed. Required annual compliance training.
Physical Demands / Work Environment
Must be able to sit for long periods of time. Must be able to effectively access and interpret information on computer screens, documents, and reports.
Travel
Minimal travel is required.
