Sleep medicine physician needed to join our sleep medicine team on the Alta View Hospital campus in Sandy, Utah Sleep lab located in the clinic Shared call duties within the group Mid-level provider assistance Employment position with the Intermountain Medical Group A 501c3 company This position includes a?$15,000?sign-on bonus and up to $20,000?in relocation assistance

What youll bring :

Sleep medicine fellowship required Board Certified / Board Eligible in Sleep Medicine Unrestricted Utah MD or DO license or the ability to obtain an unrestricted license U.S. ACGME Residency BLS certification and DEA Ability to successfully complete Intermountain Healths credentialing process Candidates requiring Visa sponsorship will be reviewed on an individual basis
