Job Overview :
We are seeking a motivated and experienced appointment setter with a strong background in identifying, approaching, pitching, and prospecting clients for our services. Ideal candidates have a proven track record in sales, marketing, negotiation, and consistently meeting KPI targets. You will oversee the sales process from lead generation to contract execution.

Compensation Structure :
Base Salary : $30,000 per year (paid weekly at $576.92)
Commission : Uncapped earning potential, with average total compensation over $145,000.
Commission paid on successfully closed clients.
Requirements : Experience :
3+ years B2B sales experience
Proven track record in new business development, relationship building with decision-makers
Experience in CRM systems to manage customer lifecycle
Skills :
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Sales-driven with a history of meeting KPIs
Technical acumen, particularly with platforms and services
Knowledge of the outsourcing industry is a plus
Location :
Phoenix, AZ (Required : Ability to commute or relocate before starting)
