Summary

As an Operations Engineer your primary responsibilities will include performing planned maintenances and troubleshooting application or infrastructure related issues in Netskopes government accredited environments. The focus of such tasking is to ensure standards adherence and maximize customer uptime across all services. This will require individuals capable of working with teams to plan schedule perform and validate production changes across multiple disciplines. Attention to detail and the ability to begin with ambiguity and end with a process are skills that will be highly regarded.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Linux Administration
• Perform ticket management. Record trouble tickets and assign based upon urgency and issue
• Perform coordinate and communicate network maintenances.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues under the guidance of internal service owners and support deep-dive investigation.
• Create work effort estimates for assigned tasks and support prioritization and release management.
• Proactively identify and communicate active defects to ensure maximum service availability and performance.
• Participate in an on-call rotation to resolve application issues after normal business hours.
