The tasks of the role include, but are not limited to :

Preparing paper documents for imaging

Removing paper documents from bound containers (file folders, file pockets, etc.)

Removing any staples, paper clips, binder clips or other restricting impediments (tape, paste, adhesive, etc.)

Ensuring all individual pages are uniform in orientation and alignment

Straightening all tucked or folded pages and edges

Preparing each multi-page document for imaging according to the client requirements
