About the Role

The Company is seeking a new Head of School to lead its vibrant community. Proven leadership experience in preschool, elementary, and middle school academic programs is essential, as is the ability to build strong partnerships with both the church and the school. An engaging and approachable personality, along with strong communication skills, is vital for this position, as the Head of School will be responsible for fostering trust and collaboration across various stakeholders, including faculty, families, parish partners, and the broader community. While not mandatory, prior experience in an Episcopal parish day school is strongly preferred, as the role demands a deep understanding and embrace of the spiritual ethos and traditions that define the school's identity. The ideal candidate will be a relational and innovative leader, ready to guide the community into its next chapter with a focus on academic and spiritual growth.
