Reconstruction Project Coordinator
The Reconstruction Project Coordinator is the operational anchor for all reconstruction jobs. You ensure each project is set up correctly, moves through the pipeline without delay, remains compliant with carrier and program requirements, and closes with complete documentation and accurate billing. You connect estimators, project managers, subcontractors, TPAs, and homeowners so reconstruction work proceeds smoothly from start to finish. Serving others in their time of need is not easy. We are a fast-paced, progressive company with a hands-off approach management style. We need someone who can take charge, problem solve, build relationships, and complete tasks while being a stickler for the details. We also want a fun personality that enjoys getting results.
Core responsibilities include :
Prior experience in construction, restoration, insurance administration, or project coordination is preferred. An associate's degree in business, construction management, or related field is beneficial but not required. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail are essential. Ability to manage multiple jobs and deadlines simultaneously is also required. Strong communication skills across customers, vendors, and internal teams are necessary. Comfortable with project management software, job-costing tools, carrier portals, and spreadsheets.
Primarily office based. Occasional field visits may be required for documentation or coordination needs.
Compensation : $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year.
