About the Role : Physical Therapist (PT) – Home Health

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Physical Therapist to join a dynamic home health team in the San Diego area. As a vital member of the rehabilitation department, you will deliver personalized therapy services in the comfort of patients’ homes, helping them achieve their recovery goals with dignity and care.

Key Qualifications :

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution

Current and active California Physical Therapist license

Valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance

American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

At least two (2) years of professional experience as a PT

Preferred Qualifications :

Associate degree with one (1) year of home health experience

Prior community or home health care experience
