Position Summary

Planet Technology is seeking Healthcare IT Sales professionals to join us in expanding our Healthcare Information Technology staffing practice on a national scale.

The ideal candidate will have a solid history of establishing and developing partnerships with hospital systems / networks, an accomplished sales leader with a proven record of consistent achievement and account retention.

Primary Responsibilities

• Sell Planet Technology as a HCIT consulting business partner to prospective hospital systems / networks through multiple resources including multimedia marketing campaigns, virtual or in-person client meetings, referrals, social media, etc.
• Establish and develop business relationships with current and prospective company clients, manage fee negotiations and contracts, conversion rates and bill rates
• Leverage sales tools to develop comprehensive account strategies to win new business from new and existing accounts
• Communicate new job openings, closings, and feedback from the client to ensure strong candidate matches and line up interviews in a timely manner
• Work with other Planet Group sales teams to upsell all Planet Group Staffing and Consulting services
• Uncover immediate needs in our target market through leads and follow-ups, executing internal and external initiatives to drive profitable growth
• Create and participate in sales meetings and presentations
• Identify and attend key conferences and trade shows to increase company visibility and business opportunities
