Why Join Our Internal Float Pool? Seeking a fulfilling night shift role that offers variety, challenge, and growth all within one hospital. In our Float Pool, you’ll rotate between ED Boarding, Medical-Surgical, Telemetry, and ICU support units, gaining valuable experiences and expanding your clinical skills.

Your responsibilities include coordinating comprehensive patient care, using evidence-based practices, and maintaining therapeutic relationships with patients and families. You will assess patient needs and implement interventions while ensuring safety and high-quality care delivery.

Licenses & Certifications : Registered Nurse license and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification are required.

Degrees : Completion of an accredited Nursing program.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities : The ability to deliver holistic patient care, recognize changes requiring intervention, and effectively communicate and collaborate within the healthcare team.
