Overview

While reporting to the Head Golf Professional, responsibilities include, but are not limited to continue to build relationships and achieve outstanding member and guest service, promote sales, manage the cart staff team, assist with overseeing golf shop team, starter / marshal team, and daily course operations, coordinate course golf programs and tournaments, and assist with maintaining budgeted operational and payroll expenses or percentages.

Experience Required

Experience working in the golf business is preferred.

Applicant must have knowledge in the following :

  • Customer Relations
  • Assisting in running Golf Tournaments
  • GHIN Handicap System
  • Microsoft Word, Excel, and publisher.
  • Golf Genius
  • PGA Affilation strongly encouraged but not required.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Customer Service for Members and Guests
  • Assist in managing daily golf shop operations including p.o.s., daily tee sheet, and tournaments.
  • Assist in Managing and running Member Tournaments and Outside Golf Outings.
  • Teaching Golf Lessons / Clinics.
  • Closing the Golf Shop and facility.
  • Assist in Managing the outside service team.
  • Assist in managing the pro shop and starter marshal staff.
  • Understand and communicate Black Hawk c.c. Standard Operating procedures for all departments.
