Responsibilities
DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES : This position may perform any number of the following activities as assigned to provide an efficient, organized and business-like environment in support of the department's objectives :
- Type memos, correspondence, forms, reports, charts, etc.
- Prepare various records and reports.
- Create and maintain files and records management systems.
- Receive, review and direct incoming correspondence.
- Answer phones and relay messages.
- Operate various office service machines.
- Take training on automated office equipment.
- Perform other related duties as assigned or as necessary.
Qualifications
Successful completion of Clerical Job Family 2 Test and Typing Test.Satisfactory completion of high school level typing and clerical courses or the equivalent experience.Ability to follow instructions and learn methods.Ability to write legibly.Neatness in appearance.
