As Senior Manager, AI Solutions, Business Operations , you will work directly with teams across Finance, HR, IT, Consumer Marketing, Product, Revenue Operations, Customer Support, and Advertising to identify where AI can improve efficiency, reduce cost, save time, and unlock new growth opportunities.

This is a hands-on, high-impact role that combines operational process mapping, solution prototyping, cross-functional delivery, and measurable impact reporting. You will act as an embedded partner to business stakeholders and a connector between strategic insights and deployed solutions.

Role Overview

You will diagnose legacy workflows, recommend intelligent automation or AI-based augmentation, and co-create solutions using a range of tools, from low-code systems to advanced GenAI stacks. Your mission is to modernize and streamline internal business processes, driving operational excellence and measurable outcomes at scale.

Key Responsibilities

1. Process Discovery and Opportunity Mapping

Partner with operational leaders across departments to map and evaluate end-to-end workflows

Identify high-friction, repetitive, or decision-based tasks that are strong candidates for automation or augmentation

Translate operational pain points into clear, prioritized AI opportunity briefs based on impact, feasibility, and ROI

Quantify potential value in terms of time savings, cost reduction, accuracy improvements, or revenue generation

2. AI Solution Design and Prototyping

Rapidly develop and iterate solutions using tools such as Zapier, n8n, Airtable, Notion AI, Google AI Studio, Microsoft Azure AI Services, OpenAI Assistants API, Retool, and Power Automate

When needed, collaborate with data and engineering teams using platforms like LangChain, Vertex AI, or Streamlit to support more advanced or embedded use cases

Help scope and develop agentic workflows and custom Model Context Protocols (MCPs) that enable persistent memory, multi-step logic, and adaptive automation aligned with business goals

Build integrated solutions that connect to enterprise systems (CRM, ERP, HRIS, ITSM, analytics platforms) to support real-world operational flows

Pressure-test pilots before deployment to validate assumptions, surface risks, and optimize for scale

3. Cross-Functional Partnership and Implementation

Serve as a bridge between functional owners, engineering teams, and AI leadership to ensure business needs and technical requirements stay aligned

Drive implementation through detailed handoffs, onboarding materials, and scalable support documentation

Ensure solution adoption by leading internal rollouts, training teams, and gathering feedback to refine or iterate post-launch

4. Impact Measurement and Communication

Define KPIs and measurement frameworks tied to time savings, productivity lift, margin improvements, or customer satisfaction

Build internal dashboards to track performance and adoption metrics

Publish success stories and business cases that show clear results and generate momentum across teams

Deliver presentations and quarterly reports to department heads and executive leadership on progress, insights, and next-step roadmaps

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 7 to 10 years experience in business operations, transformation, digital process optimization, or shared services roles
  • Track record of diagnosing complex workflows and delivering scalable solutions through automation or GenAI
  • Hands-on experience with low-code and no-code tools such as Zapier, n8n, Airtable, Power Automate, and Retool
  • Familiarity with GenAI technologies (LLMs, embeddings, prompt engineering) and platforms like OpenAI, Azure AI Services, and Google AI Studio
  • Strong working knowledge of enterprise platforms such as Salesforce, Workday, NetSuite, Zendesk, ServiceNow, and related systems
  • Comfortable managing ambiguity and change, aligning stakeholders, and driving adoption across technical and non-technical teams
  • Exceptional communicator who can translate technical solutions into business narratives and executive-ready summaries
  • Bonus : Experience in media, internal consulting, or strategic operations roles within a matrixed organization
