Technical Support Specialist III

Senior HVAC Technician

Location : Maitland, FL | Pay : $70,000–$80,000 |

A leading HVAC manufacturer is seeking a Senior Technical Support Specialist to lead technical support efforts for commercial and industrial HVAC systems. This role requires hands-on troubleshooting and prior management experience.

Key Duties :

Lead and perform technical troubleshooting (phone / field)

Supervise installations, warranty service, and field repairs

Train and support field technicians and internal staff

Coordinate with engineering, quality, and service teams

Qualifications :

Associate degree or 3+ years of HVAC technical and management experience

Strong knowledge of refrigeration cycles and system controls

Skilled in diagnostic tools, documentation, and technical training

Proven leadership and communication abilities
