Claim Manager, Environmental

Insurance Company Client is looking for an experienced environmental construction claims professional.  This position requires at least 5 years experience with construction and enviro exposures.  Litigation claim management skills are necessary, as well as knowledge of New York Labor Law.  A bachelor's degree is required, a JD is ideal.  Negotiation skills are also required, and some travel, as needed.  Please call or respond for a more detailed job description.
