Join Our Team as a Lead SQL Software Developer!

Are you an innovative developer with a strong foundation in web development, object-oriented design, and data analytics? We’re looking for a Lead SQL Software Developer with exceptional SQL skills and a passion for building business intelligence solutions. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy transforming complex data into actionable insights, this role is for you!

WHAT YOU’LL DO :

Write Well-Designed Code : Develop efficient, testable, and maintainable code that adheres to project plans and industry standards.

Data & Analytics Expertise : Leverage your SQL skills to build, optimize, and maintain complex queries, stored procedures, and views that support reporting and analytics.

Build REST Endpoints : Create robust RESTful services using C# and .NET Core.

  • BI Development : Design and implement dashboards, data models, and business intelligence solutions to drive strategic decision-making.
  • Agile Collaboration : Work professionally as part of an Agile Scrum Team, contributing to team goals and supporting fellow developers.
  • Mentor & Guide : Provide coaching and guidance to less-experienced developers, fostering a collaborative learning environment.
  • Subject Matter Expertise : Serve as a hands-on coding expert and trusted resource in software and data development.
  • Meet Sprint Commitments : Ensure timely delivery of tasks and actively participate in sprint planning and reviews.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR :

Minimum Requirements :

  • Education : Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Experience :
  • 7+ years of experience in developing web applications.
  • Expert-level proficiency in SQL and relational databases.
  • Proficient in C#, .NET Core, Linq, and Entity Framework (EF).
  • Experience building BI tools, dashboards, and reporting frameworks.
  • Familiarity with at least one popular web framework for application development.
  • Experience with front-end technologies such as Vue.js and Bootstrap is a plus.

    • Technical Skills :

  • Demonstrated ability to work with large datasets and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Ability to document requirements and specifications clearly.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
