Masters Level Licensed Clinician

Job Description

The Licensed Clinician provides individual counseling, crisis intervention, and skills training to support clients' recovery from substance use and mental health issues.

They conduct assessments, develop and update personalized treatment plans, and facilitate group sessions using patient-centered, therapeutic techniques such as motivational interviewing.

Qualifications include a Master’s degree in a relevant field, active licensure (LICSW, LMHC, LADC 1 preferred), and at least 3 years of experience in behavioral healthcare or addiction treatment, with cultural competence.

Work hours are Monday-Friday, 8 : 00 AM to 4 : 00 PM, with rotational evening shifts. The role offers a comprehensive benefits package, competitive salary starting at $70,000 / year, and opportunities for professional growth. The position is onsite in Raynham, MA.
