Job Title : Online Sales Agent Full Time

Location : Orlando FL

About the Position : As an Online Sales Agent you will play a crucial role in expanding our online sales presence working closely with our customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. The objective will be to leverage online platforms to generate leads follow up with prospects and meet sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. This position pay structure is a base hourly pay plus monthly commission opportunities.

What Youll Be Doing :

• Gain comprehensive knowledge of our product and service offerings to effectively communicate benefits and features to potential customers.
• Identify potential leads and conduct necessary follow-ups to meet sales quotas.
• Address customer inquiries resolve issues and provide exceptional customer service.
• Engage with customers to understand their requirements and propose solutions that meet their needs and capabilities.
• Update and maintain accurate client records ensuring all interactions and sales activities are documented.
• Track and document calls and sales processes ensuring thorough follow-up and closure of sales opportunities.
• Engage in any required training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge sales techniques and industry trends.
