Hours : Monday-Friday 5 : 00pm-1 : 00am

Position Overview :

The Senior Cleaning Technician will work across multiple locations including medical education industrial office warehousing and government facilities and more. This role requires a seasoned professional with over 5 years of experience in the cleaning industry capable of handling a wide range of responsibilities such as training new hires conducting site audits maintaining employee and client relationships and covering shifts as needed.

Key Responsibilities :

• Train and onboard new cleaning technicians to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Conduct regular site audits to maintain and improve cleaning standards.
• Foster and maintain strong relationships with employees and clients.
• Provide coverage for call-offs and ensure all shifts are adequately staffed.
• Perform comprehensive cleaning duties across various facility types as needed.
• Assist with additional responsibilities and special projects as they arise.
