The West Texas Spine Institute is looking for a Physician Assistant to join our team. We are a busy multi-specialty orthopedic practice serving 3 locations in Odessa, Midland, and Lubbock.

This opportunity is weekdays, M-F, NO NIGHTS; NO WEEKENDS; NO CALL
Pay : From $125,000.00 per year plus potential for 12k / yr Incentive Pay

- 10 Days PTO accrual for the first year, increasing to 15 days on 2nd & 3rd year, increasing to 20 days after 4 years

Responsibilities
Assist with initial consultation and follow-up on a routine and structured basis.Assists with medical decision making, data gathering, order entry, timely documentation and in transition of care.Assists with reassessments, acute visits, clinics, test monitoring, patient follow up and medical management.Functions as a role model for all staff membersPre and Post Operative Patient CarePerforms therapeutic joint injections- trigger point injections and joint injectionsRequired Skills
Current National Certification requiredCurrent Texas License requiredCurrent DEA or eligibleGraduate of a formal accredited education program requiredValid AHA CPR requiredOrthopedic experience strongly preferredBilingual a plus
