We're looking for a dependable and personable Call Center Representative to be the first point of contact for our customers.

Job Summary

The Call Center Representative plays a crucial role in our customer experience. You’ll handle inbound and outbound calls, schedule appointments, follow up on services, and assist with customer inquiries. Strong phone skills are a must, your ability to turn inquiries into booked appointments directly drives business success.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Answer incoming calls in a friendly, helpful manner.
  • Use professional communication to convert inquiries into shop visits.
  • Schedule service appointments for multiple locations.
  • Confirm, reschedule, and follow up on appointments.
  • Handle customer concerns and escalate issues as needed.
  • Communicate service updates clearly and accurately.
  • Input customer information into our system with accuracy.
  • Make outbound calls for service reminders and promotional offers.
  • Collaborate with service advisors and managers to ensure smooth workflow.

Qualifications :

  • Must have excellent phone communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Proven ability to drive inbound quiries into confirmed appointments.
  • Previous customer service or call center experience preferred (automotive experience is a plus).
  • Strong multitasking and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Tech-savvy; experience with CRM or shop management systems a plus.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Bilingual (English / Spanish) is a plus.

    Job Type : Full-time

    Pay : $14.00 - $16.50 per hour

    Expected hours : 50 per week
