Understanding of IT development and implementation projects. Analyze and document HR, financial, and administrative processes within SAP and other platforms. Recommend and implement process enhancements using SAP functionalities. Support system lifecycle activities including validation, configuration, and change management. Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT). Develop comprehensive system documentation and user training materials. Maintain SharePoint sites and related collaboration content. Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualizations (Excel, Power BI). Conduct audits and compliance checks to support decision-making and operational integrity. Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to streamline workflows and automate manual processes. Facilitate stakeholder meetings, manage communication, and track project progress. Please note : SYSTEMTEC is not set up to employ workers in the states of California, New York, and New Jersey .

Technical Business Analyst – HR Systems
SYSTEMTEC is seeking a Technical Business Analyst – HR Systems
for an On-Site opportunity. Candidate will play a vital role in supporting and enhancing the company’s Human Resources systems, primarily focused on the SAP platform and related company systems
Required Qualifications of the Technical Business Analyst – HR Systems :
- Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We are unable to provide sponsorship or work with Third-Party agencies.
- 3+ years of HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) experience
- 5+ years of experience with SC HR / payroll processes, data privacy standards (e.g., HIPAA, FLSA), and regulatory compliance frameworks.
- 5+ years of experience in creating user guides, SOPs, process diagrams, and technical documentation.
- 5+ years of experience in reporting, dashboard creation, and data visualization.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) and collaborative tools (SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams).
