Participate in HR projects, process improvements, and special initiatives. 25 years of HR experience in a generalist role. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred. Strong knowledge of HR policies, employment laws, and best practices. Excellent organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency with HRIS systems, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace. Professional demeanor, discretion, and ability to handle confidential information. Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of taking initiative in a fast-paced environment.
