Job Description

The Staff Accountant will play a critical role in managing the day-to-day accounting operations of the firm. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, QuickBooks, and advanced Excel functions. You will be responsible for maintaining financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with internal controls and financial best practices.

Working Schedule : Monday through Friday 9 : 00AM - 5 : 30PM EST

Accounts Payable & Receivable

• Oversee all AP and AR functions, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
• Review, verify, and reconcile invoices, expenses, and receipts.
• Manage vendor payments and maintain strong relationships with vendors.
• Monitor collections and follow up on outstanding accounts receivable.
• Reconcile client trust accounts in accordance with legal and ethical guidelines.
