As a Deputy Program Manager, you'll play a critical role in driving the success of our Spacecraft Programsfrom planning and execution to delivery. You'll help lead efforts across scheduling, budgeting, resource management, and proposal development, ensuring every element stays on track, on budget, and aligned with our financial goals.

You'll collaborate with top-tier teams across supply chain, production operations, contracts, and scheduling to keep programs efficient, affordable, and mission-ready.

Responsibilities :

• Support development and execution of program schedules and budget
• Supporting the management of program finances and accounting
• Working with our ERP system as the key tool of tracking material orders and costs
• Managing long leads and suppliers
• Managing program risks (ID, mitigate, track)
• Serve as point of contact for NASA and other Payload customers, and represent Firefly at conferences, reviews, and investor meetings
• Measuring and reporting program performance
• Negotiating contracts, statements of work, etc.
