About the Role
The Company is in search of a VP of Sales to play a critical role in scaling its revenue engine. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and developing high-performing SDR and AE teams, with a focus on meeting and exceeding quarterly and annual revenue targets. This senior leadership position demands a strategic approach to team management, including recruitment, onboarding, and retention of top sales talent, as well as the implementation of coaching frameworks and performance management systems. The VP of Sales will also be tasked with owning the full P&L for the sales function, developing and executing go-to-market strategies, and optimizing the sales process to ensure it aligns with the company's growth objectives. Applicants for the VP of Sales role at the company should have a minimum of 8 years' experience in B2B SaaS sales, with at least 4 years in sales leadership, ideally at the VP or Director level. A proven track record of scaling sales teams and meeting or exceeding quotas is essential. The role requires direct experience in managing and developing both SDR and AE teams, as well as a strong background in implementing sales methodologies and driving their adoption. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, possess strong problem-solving abilities, and be highly effective in a remote work environment. Preferred qualifications include experience in a hypergrowth SaaS company and familiarity with modern sales tech stacks.
