Cardiothoracic Surgery opening in St. Louis, MO- Located in St. Louis, MO- Full Time; Permanent- Employed- Join a busy and well-established team where our expertise and experience allow state-of-the-art care for chest problems from the most routine to the most complex- Well established department of four surgeons, all trained in nationally recognized programs, and nine advanced practitioners- High volume of Cardiac and Thoracic cases including MAZE, TAVR and ECMO- Strong referral base - A collaborative multidisciplinary team that ensures you have the support to deliver exceptional individualized care to patients- Partnership with administration and a voice when it comes to decisions regarding how you practice medicine- Opportunities for involvement in committees, quality initiatives, and more- System-wide Epic EMRThis Position Offers : - Integrated health system with a competitive income guarantee and productivity-based model to follow- Comprehensive, day one benefits including health, dental, vision and CME- Retirement plans available with employer contribution and matching options- Relocation package and professional liability coverage provided- As a not-for-profit system, Mercy qualifies for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF)- This location is eligible for H1B sponsorship
