Team / Role Overview

The Control Room Management role is part of the Testing Deployment & Environment Management horizontal service of offerings for the Strategic Ledger Transformation program. This is a critical role in coordinating day-to-day execution of technology tasks in support of various program activities such as testing, release management, environment management, production cutovers, etc. The Control Room service operates on a 'follow the sun' model and is currently 24x5 and is expected to be 24x7 in future.

What You'll Do

In this role, you will be responsible for :

• Leading day-to-day execution of technology WBS tasks required for various program activities.
• Ensuring Control Room resources are on the same page while managing multiple activities in different environments. This will require coordinating activities during multiple shifts in the US.
• Working closely with counterparts in Europe and in India to enable seamless handoff of task-level activities and status.
• Leading daily checkpoint calls to provide operational level status to program stakeholders.
• Communicating status emails and notifications to stakeholders regarding planned activities and unplanned events.
• Facilitating creation of JIRA tickets and Oracle Service Requests to track defects.
• Facilitating triage meetings for problem resolution as required.
• Adhering to enterprise standards and policies on release and change management.
• Understanding and implementing releases during the agreed-upon 'green-zones' or maintenance windows.
• Maintaining artifacts required for various tollgates required by program governance.
