Job Description

Oversee daily on-site operations for gas station and retail construction projects nationwide. Manage subcontractors, schedules, budgets, and quality standards. Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with all regulations. Coordinate with project managers, clients, and inspectors to meet deadlines. Resolve on-site issues proactively to keep projects on track.

The Successful Applicant

5+ years of superintendent or field management experience in gas station, convenience store, or retail construction. Strong leadership and communication skills. Proven ability to manage fast-paced, multi-trade projects with tight deadlines. Knowledge of safety regulations and quality control best practices. Willingness to travel extensively across multiple states.
