Quality Engineering Technician

The second fab will utilize its leading edge N3 and N2 process technology and be operational in 2028. TSMC Arizona's F21AQE is responsible for :
- Providing quality guidance and drive global compliance to manufacturing quality standards
- Monitoring, analysis, applying lean six sigma statistics process control methods to establish and sustain a robust manufacturing process control
- Standardizing, and documenting control models and methodologies, and execute quality audit to ensure factory operation conform with international standard ISO9001 / IATF16949
Responsibilities :
Participate in change control and product quality improvement activities to ensure continuous improvementCollect and record process changes to ensure adherence to Quality requirementsAnalyze and present quality control data to the engineering team to support informed decision-makingAssist in the implementation and maintenance of Statistical Process Controls (SPC) and generate reportsSupport internal audits of wafer fabrication processes, equipment parameters, manufacturing operations, factory facilities, and incoming materialsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to align factory operations with ISO9001 / IATF16949 standardsConduct and maintain documentation and paperwork relevant to day-to-day quality control activitiesMinimum Qualifications / Requirements :
Education :
Associate's degree in Engineering with an emphasis on Quality Control and Analysis or related field is requiredBachelor's degree in Engineering with an emphasis on Quality Control and Analysis, or related experience in Quality is preferredTechnical Skills :
Strong knowledge of Statistical Process Controls (SPC) and the ability to analyze quality-related dataProficiency in MS Office tools, including Excel and PowerPoint, for data analysis and reportingFamiliarity with ISO9001 / IATF16949 standards and their application in factory operationsInterpersonal Skills :
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively present findings and collaborate with teamsStrong attention to detail and problem-solving skillsAbility to work collaboratively within cross-functional teamsPhysical Requirements :
Ability to work in a cleanroom or advanced manufacturing environment if neededNo additional physical requirements beyond common tasks such as extended walking, standing, or bendingTraining :
