The Louisiana Department of Treasury has one vacancy in the State Bond Commission Division. This position serves as the assistant to the Assistant Director of the State Bond Commission and provides key administrative support to the division by managing correspondence, organizing documents, assisting with meetings, and helping process financial and legal records. The role works closely with staff, attorneys, and public officials to keep Commission operations running smoothly and accurately. An ideal candidate should possess the following competencies : accepting direction, communicating effectively, and managing projects.
Minimum Qualifications : Four years of experience in administrative services. Experience substitution is allowed.
