Human Resources Analyst

Job Description

The HR Analyst will support data-driven decision-making by collecting, analyzing, and reporting on HR metrics. This role plays a critical part in improving workforce performance, enhancing operational efficiency, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and HR best practices.

Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data related to recruitment, employee engagement, compensation, retention, and compliance.
• Develop and maintain HR dashboards, reports, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to provide insights to leadership.
• Conduct workforce analytics to support strategic planning and labor forecasting in alignment with patient care demands and regulatory requirements.
• Partner with HR and departmental leaders to identify trends, forecast needs, and recommend HR process improvements.
• Assist in the design and implementation of HR systems and tools that enhance data quality and reporting capabilities.
• Ensure data integrity across HRIS and benefits systems; audit for accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
• Monitor and report on compliance with labor laws, healthcare accreditation standards (., The Joint Commission), and internal policies.
• Prepare ad-hoc reports and presentations for HR and organizational leadership.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Operations, and IT to align data strategies and support organizational goals.
