Join our Internal Medicine team to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care for adults, focusing on the prevention, diagnosis, and management of both acute and chronic conditions. As a Nurse in our clinic, you will be essential in supporting providers and creating a positive patient experience.

Main responsibilities include :

• Coordinating care across specialty and primary care teams
• Maintaining accurate documentation
• Following clinical protocols and quality standards

Job Summary

The Registered Nurse (RN) will utilize the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes / planning, implementation, and evaluation) to deliver individualized nursing care to patients. Responsibilities include :

Collaboration with other inter-professional colleagues, including physicians, to plan, implement, and evaluate care is vital. The RN will demonstrate competency and operate within the scope of nursing expertise, adhering to appropriate age and population-specific standards in the clinical setting.
