Nowwe’reseekinga Vice President of Revenue to help us grow that movement and lead the charge on turning creativity into business growth.
Role Overview
The VP of Revenue will be the architect of our growth engine, responsible for bringing more makers into our community, deepening their connection with us, and driving sustainable, profitable revenue.You’lloversee our paid media, CRM / email, site merchandising, and affiliate / ambassador programs, working across teams to make sure every stitch of our business is designed for growth.
What You’ll Do
Growth Strategy & Execution
- Set and lead a bold revenue growth strategy that connects our products with more makers every day.
- Own thedirect-to-consumerP&L, balancing short-term wins with long-term brand health.
- Shape the future of our digital ecosystem—from paid advertising to site experience to ambassador partnerships.
- Partner closely with product, creative, and operations to turn ideas into measurable growth.
- Serve as a key member of theleadership teamwhowill help shape the future trajectory of the business
Performance Marketing & Analytics
Lead paid media across Meta, Google, and new platforms, alwaysoptimizing forreturn.Track performance against key revenueKPIs, andadjust strategy with agility.Run smart experiments (A / B tests, cohort studies, attribution models) to sharpen acquisition and retention.Champion data as a storytelling tool, helping the team connect numbers to real customer behaviors.Site Merchandising & CRM
Guide our site merchandising tomoveinspired customers to, convert, and grow average order value.Build customer journeys that feel personal from the first welcome email to loyalty rewards.Harness CRM and lifecycle marketing (email, SMS, loyalty) to keep customers engaged and coming back.Ambassadors, Affiliates & Community
Expand our ambassador program into a vibrant, revenue-driving community ofmakers.Strengthen influencer and affiliate partnerships with an eye toward both reach and ROI.Empower partners to tell authentic stories that bring new crafters into the fold.Leadership & Team

Requirements
What You Bring
10+ years of leadership experience in eCommerce growth, performance marketing, or digital revenue roles.A proventrack recordscaling DTC brands and driving profitable growth.Deep knowledge of paid acquisition, CRM / lifecycle marketing, site optimization, and community partnerships.Strong financial acumen, comfortable managing budgets and owning revenue KPIs.An analytical mindset balanced with creative instincts.Agenuine?sense of curiosity and openness to learning new thingsA passion for building teams, empowering people, and leading through collaboration.Bonus points if you love yarn, crafts, or the maker movement—but curiosity and respect for our community is the most importantBenefits
Salary Range : The starting pay range for this exempt / salary position $150,000 - $180,000 per year plus bonus plan.
