Lateral Partner Position - Boutique Firm

An established top-tier commercial law firm in Dallas (with offices in Houston and Austin), boasting a highly collegia and collaborative environment, is currently seeking lateral partners to work into their sucession plan as top partners at the firm reach retirement over the course of the next 3-7 years.

The firm recognizes the importance of work / life balance, and has a steady stream of sustainable work flowing in from a growing client base.

Experience with complex casework and / or transactions will be considered a plus. The salary for this role will be top market and competitive - commensurate with experience, and accompanied by generous performance-based bonuses and full benefits suite. Business development and portables are incentivezed.

Skills and Requirements :

• Applicants must live in Texas (Dallas, Houston or Austin)
• 5-20+ years' experience primarily in commercial litigtiaon and / or transactions (construciton law a plus)
• Experience with sophisticated casework / transactions
• Desire to grow and advance with the firm over the long-term
• Desire to work alongside a collegial top-rated law group
• Professional, organized and collaborative
