Description
SUMMARY : This position works closely with the IT development, training, and support groups to ensure successful adoption of IT solutions throughout the Company. REPORTS TO : Director of IT MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS :
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology Management, or related studies
- 5+ years of experience with project communication, business analysis, and training development
- Demonstrable experience in applying structured methodologies to lead change management activities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Competency in MS Word, Excel, and Power Point PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS : N / A WORKING CONDITIONS : This position operates in a professional office environment and is largely a sedentary role. OTHER COMPENSATION : The following additional compensation may be applicable for this position :
