Key Responsibilities

Deploy caregivers to meet operational needs and adjust staffing based on census and patient acuity

Maintain staffing and scheduling records, ensuring accurate documentation of changes

Communicate staffing decisions and updates effectively with caregivers and management

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred

Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience required

Preferred experience in scheduling and staffing

Preferred experience working in healthcare
